Taobut, the border village is about 49 km from Kel. It is the place where Neelum River enters and continues its journey through narrows and mountains different streams in the way add its strength and finely tributes into river Jehlum at a spot at Domail in Muzaffarabad.
The area from Kel to Taobutt is called the Halmat. It is a fascinating but unexplored sight. Janawai, Sardari and Halmat are the most beautiful places of this area. A tourist rest house has been constructed of Halmat to provide accommodation facilities to the visitors.
