Finally, after a few years gap, this rally was again organized by Sindh Government.
The timing was bad, it is hot now in Karachi & surroundings which is normal before moderate winter.
It should be held in December/January.
A poorly organized/managed event it was.
Weather hot, no proper arrangement of water/ fluids etc.
Above all, more trophies were on take then the participants.
But anyhow one learns from its mistakes & they will do sure.
